The Valle de Umbra coffee is cultivated by small producers in Belen de Umbria (Risaralda) at 1500 meters above sea level.

Variety Castillo->100% Arabica, 100% Colombian Coffee, without blends or additives, harvested by hand, processed with water from birth, dried with the heat of the sun’s rays, roasted in fluid bed roasters (heat transference by hot air) which achieves homogeneity in the roasting of the beans.
