Jorge Hincapie, for many years, worked in the oil industry directly in the field in the extraction wells.

He always had the dream of settling on a little piece of land to dedicate himself to what his family has done for generations--growing Colombian coffee.

Today, he has been able to fulfill his legacy by working on his SAN CARLOS farm in Córdoba, the state of Quindío. He works with dedication and special care, collecting only the ripe fruits. After washing them and removing the pulp, he selects them again so that only the best grains can be dried in the sun.
